What I appreciate most about her therapy style is that it genuinely feels like a conversation. She doesn’t just sit back, nodding quietly while you unravel, instead she gently nudges you, asking the kind of questions that stay with you long after the session, which I really value. Before meeting her, I had tried a couple of therapists, but it often felt like talking to a brick wall, distant responses, barely any real connection.
