My journey with psychology didn’t begin in a classroom—it began with curiosity.

I found myself drawn to understanding emotions, patterns, and the way we experience life from as early as my school years. Conversations about feelings, perception, and inner worlds always felt familiar, even before I knew this would become my profession.

Alongside this, I grew up deeply connected to sports. I trained to become a national-level basketball player, living a life that demanded discipline, resilience, and consistency. My days often began early and ended late—training, studying, and showing up again and again, even when my body felt exhausted. Yet, something about this balance felt right.

Over time, I realised that what fascinated me most wasn’t just performance, but the mind behind it. I pursued my Master’s in Applied Psychology, knowing that my strength lay in understanding people not as problems to be fixed, but as individuals shaped by experiences, stories, and resilience.

Listening to people’s journeys—what they have survived, adapted to, and grown through—shifted something deeply within me. It changed how I viewed life, healing, and connection. Psychology stopped being just a subject; it became a way of seeing the world with greater compassion and depth.

That is how Evolve came into being.

Evolve isn’t just about change—it’s about becoming. It reflects my own journey and the journeys of the people I work with. This is a space where you are heard, not rushed. Where your story matters. Where growth happens gently, at your pace.

I don’t walk ahead of you—I walk alongside you. As you evolve, I do too.

You are not just a client here.
You are a part of this journey.
